Fluxport has closed a Series C funding round, securing capital that will be deployed directly into the expansion of its global logistics network.
The funding will be used across three primary areas. The first is the launch of three additional owned logistics hubs, one in Southeast Asia, one in West Africa, and one in the Gulf region, each chosen to deepen Fluxport's coverage in markets where client demand has outpaced the company's current infrastructure.
The second is the expansion of carrier partnerships across Latin America, where Fluxport has seen significant growth in client volumes over the past 18 months. The third is continued investment in the Fluxport technology platform, specifically in API connectivity and automated exception management capabilities.

"This capital gives us the infrastructure to enter markets we've been building toward for two years. We've never expanded ahead of our operational readiness, and that doesn't change now. The new hubs will open when the carrier network, the compliance framework, and the team are in place, not before."
The strategic rationale
"We've been disciplined about not expanding faster than we can operate well," said James Hartley, CEO of Fluxport. "This round gives us the infrastructure investment to open markets we've been building toward for the past two years, with the operational foundation already in place to serve them to the same standard as our core network."
Investor perspective
Sonigai cited Fluxport's on-time delivery performance and client retention rate as the primary factors behind the investment decision, describing the company as one of the few logistics operators at this scale with genuinely differentiated operational data. The investment reflects a broader thesis around the continued fragmentation of global freight and the opportunity for precision-focused operators to take meaningful share from legacy providers.
What it means for clients
Existing clients will see expanded coverage across the new hub markets from Q3 2026, with dedicated account team support for businesses looking to open new lanes into Southeast Asia, West Africa, or the Gulf. New clients in those regions can expect onboarding timelines consistent with Fluxport's established markets.
